With over five years of experience managing complex casework and a multilingual background in English, French, Hindi, and Punjabi, Yashna provides invaluable support to the firm’s clients and team. Yashna’s practice spans a broad range of immigration matters, including permanent residence applications, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), work permits, spousal sponsorships, and employer compliance processes. She has experience in supporting applications for Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), Express Entry, and supporting refugee and humanitarian cases.

Prior to joining Kumararatne Law, Yashna worked at national and boutique immigration law firms and consultancies, where she gained extensive experience in both corporate and individual immigration applications. Yashna is dedicated to supporting vulnerable clients and long-term residents at risk of losing their status in Canada. Her approach is rooted in building strong, trusted relationships with clients and ensuring their voices are heard throughout the process.
